ZOOL Networks Ltd started in 1999 and incorporated as a
Private Limited Company in 2005 and to date is currently one of the fastest growing Internet hosting and service providers in the Midlands. We have gained an impressive array of knowledge over the years as a team and company and channel this experience directly at all of our new and existing customers. ZOOL Networks started in 1999 as the brain-child of Richard Parry, originally providing Internet consultancy service and network hardware installations. The first 4 years of trading were the most difficult, especially with the failure of the dot-com and the global IT industry slow-down. During these first 4 years we worked closely with many Internet service providers and gained a vast amount of knowledge and experience. |

After working for 4 years providing consultancy and network hardware installations we decided to add Internet hosting to our portfolio of available services due to an increased level of interest. We put our years of experience of working with other Internet providers to good use and successfully started up our own hosting operation. Originally setup as a trial, we began to host websites for residential and business customers using a reseller account from another hosting provider. We quickly grew out of the reseller package offered by the Internet provider at the time and after reviewing the option of renting a dedicated server we came to the conclusion that colocation was what we needed. This meant a huge leap forward in terms of the service and support that we were able to offer our ever increasing customer base. |

This was the year of change for our company, with the introduction of additional colocated servers and the purchase of new equipment to further support the continual increase in business, we took the additional step forward and became both VAT registered and incorporated as a Private Limited Company during August of 2005. This meant we would be more appealing to our target business markets and brought our company together as a whole, with further quality control procedures to satisfy the increasing uptime requirements expected by our clients. |

We had an excellent start to the year, with the introduction of our new and improved website, server upgrades and service improvements. As of writing we are currently investing in Broadband and Hosted Exchange services and related equipment to further our market appeal and to provide a complete all-in-one Internet solution to new and existing customers. We will also be moving to a new datacentre closer to our offices so we can offer an even greater level of service, support and cheaper service costs. We envisage this year to be one of the best! |

We are always looking to the future and for us we believe the future is big and better. Going by our current rate of growth we expect to make a large impact on the UK's Internet hosting market. As of writing we are already investing in our Broadband and Exchange Email solutions to further our range of hosting and connectivity services to new and existing customers. |
