If you are experiencing problems with any aspect of your hosting solution, including but not limited to billing, service and hosting issues you need to login to the MyZOOLNET system and submit a new support ticket. The process is easy and fast. We aim to reply to all support tickets within the hour and our ticket system is available 24/7. If you are a business customer you will also receive a 4-hour maximum fault resolution.
